Grace and Frankie is the hugely successful Netflix comedy show that celebrates women of a certain age who don't necessarily want to grow up. Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda look fabulous at 78 and 80 (!), and it has a lot to do with Hollywood's secret 'Beauty Work' effect -  a specialised photoshopping process that helps already-beautiful women look smoother, tighter and younger on screen.
