New York's Gender Expression Non-Discrimination Act, or GENDA, has been proposed in the NY State Assembly but has not yet passed - so transgender people are not yet protected by the state's non-discrimination laws. We continue our discussion of transgender issues with Assembly Member Richard Gottfried, who is sponsoring the bill.
