(Note: you must rejoin before the match concludes) You won’t get a leaver penalty for rejoining maps after disconnecting. If you disconnect/leave a match more than 3 times, you’ll be receive the leaver penalty regardless. NOTHING on receiving drastically less XP when opponents leave still.
