How do you manage a 3 million member online community and programs? This week I hosted @Erica Kuhl, VP Community at Salesforce. Erica has been working at Salesforce in the past 17 (!) years and started the customer online Trailblazer Community from scratch over 12 years ago and today it’s a thriving strategic differentiator for the company and a world-class industry community standard. Erica told me about communications methods, the Trailblazer Community, KPI’s for measuring the community and the different programs that help them to be in almost every country in the world.
