Today's episode is all about lease purchases.  You're going to hear a lot about lease purchases in your first year and after.  This podcast will be split into three segments:  Reasons not to sign a lease purchase, ways to make a lease purchase successful and an alternative way to become an owner operator.  Our special guests tonight will be Edward Prince and Matthew Morrison.  Both have a lot of experience with lease purchases.  The main thing to remember when considering a lease purchase is to ask yourself why?  Ask yourself, "Why do I want to sign a lease purchase?"  We will talk about knowing your numbers, treating trucking like a business and Dave Ramsey's book "Total Money Makeover"  We will also talk about mistakes that most drivers make.
