Steve Bhaerman has for many years been known by his alter ego, Swami Beyondananda. His regular columns were popular in many new age magazines across the country, even as he skewered woo-woo nonsense with silly puns and enlightened humor. His book Spontaneous Evolution, co-written with Bruce Lipton, turned Darwinism on its ear, proving that evolution is neither random nor slow, but conscious and sometimes very very fast.
