This is the episode where Finding STAX sits down with Chef Jason Dady, most recently appearing on Food Network's Iron Chef Gauntlet, at his restaurant in San Antonio, TX Tre Enoteca before hours. We discuss competing to become the Iron Chef, owning and running six restaurants (soon to be seven), his culinary background and even having the chance to cook for the President of the United States, President Barack Obama. You know, even though he is an Iron Chef in Finding STAX's eyes, he can still enjoy an old fashion PB & J w/ strawberry jam. Such an honor to have this humble chef on the show providing words of wisdom and what he wants his legacy to be. Also, be careful cutting your damn avocados. Knifes are sharp! Duh...
