The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation is once again honoring Hoosier authors with the Indiana Authors Award. Today on No Limits, a lively conversation with "middle grade fiction" author and Indianapolis native, John David Anderson and IPLF development officer, Caity Withers. Anderson is one of six recipients in 2017, winner in the category of Genre Excellence. His books for ages 8-12 include "Ms. Bixby's Last Day" and "Standard Hero Behavior".
