In this episode, Meredith and I discuss bringing orthodontics back into our practice after a break during the pandemic. We reflect on the success we had pre-pandemic, managing 60-70 cases annually, and how staff changes and the pandemic led us to refer all ortho cases out. Now, with the growing demand for orthodontic treatments, we’ve decided it’s time to reintegrate ortho into the practice.
