I found a post that had 4 statements of Japanese wisdom and it comes from Mindful Maven (@mindfulmaven_) where these powerful reminders are shared for ALL OF US to connect with (including me for sure!)  1. If it’s not yours, don’t take it.  2. If it’s not right, don’t do it.  3. If it’s not true, don’t say it.  4. If you don’t know it, shut up!  Now I recognize that so much of the world, especially in the USA, seems to be going against these reminders. Our “leaders” seem to go out of their way to divide all of us, compared to trying to bring us together. My point with all of this is for us to not only shed the light on things like this for ourselves, but in doing so, our light will shine onto others. We can’t let these truths be erased because there was nobody keeping the light turned on. Lot’s to think about for sure.
