Saw another post that was deserving to be shared. It comes from a fabulous educator and coach that you have heard from before. Coach Ray Ostrowski (@CoachRayO3313) reminds all of us that “You get what you put in. You can’t cheat the Grind.” Remember, the Grind is something we all have to deal with as it’s not the same for everybody. One thing for sure, we need to have conversations with the person in the mirror staring back at us.
