Romans 8:20-22 Romans 1:20-23 The layers of sin that we have added on are like ripples in water that slowly but surely create a tidal wave of death and destruction. The extant of sin is both on the individual and the whole. Judge 2:10-13 They traded the truth of God for a lie They didn’t stop worshiping God, they just widened the target. 2 Chronicles 36:15-21 They lost everything! The effect of sin is a slow, gradual process that lulls you into a false sense of security. Part III. The Better Choice Even in a world that is decaying under the effects of sin, we can still choose life. 1 Kings 19:18 The remnant were regular people who refused to bow the knee to
