I found a gem this morning that really has a great change in mindset for all of us. This came from Sam Rothman (@samrothman_) who is a sports reporter and she shared this:  “Danny White saw Kim Caldwell as a rising star. He was right, and now she is staying through 2030.” In this press conference Coach Kim Caldwell (University of Tennessee women’s basketball coach) was talking about the Athletic Director at Tenn. who offered her a contract extension. She said -  "I will spend every day trying to prove him right. I spent a lot of this season trying to prove people wrong, but you have to prove the people that believed in you right." #LadyVols  I think it’s a very positive mindset shift, to view why we do things in life to prove our encouragers correct rather than focusing on the critics. I think it also reminds us to be that encourager for others too.
