Tosca Bruno-van Vijfeijken has worked with (inter)national nonprofits and philanthropy organizations for 30 years, as a speaker, consultant, coach, team coach, facilitator and author. Her work focuses on leadership development, team coaching, change management, governance and organizational health and culture.   While her practitioner background mainly was grounded in the international development sector (World Bank, United Nations, think tanks and global North- and global South-founded nonprofits), her research, senior leadership development as well as change management work has recently broadened to include US nonprofit and philanthropic organizations. She is co-author of the book ‘Between Power and Irrelevance: the Future of Transnational NGOs’ and host of the podcast NGO Soul+Strategy.
