Leonhardt is an accomplished business executive who has exceeded corporate objectives and offers a diverse background in both private and not for profit industries. Having an entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic and tenacity to achieve the desired result has been her secret to success. Her experience includes being a Constituency Assistant for MLA Linda Reid; a Medical Device Trainer, a Business Coach/Consultant, as well as an Executive Director for nonprofit organizations, all of which have provided Shelley with a unique and well-rounded business acumen. Besides her corporate life, Leonhardt has volunteered extensively in the Richmond community for over 25 years. She has sat on numerous boards as both director and chair.
