She is currently producing several films in the New England region and is a freelance Audio Engineer for the PRX show The World, public radio's longest-running daily global news program. She has spent time as a Director, Line Producer, Production Designer, Graphic Designer, Camera Operator, and Voice Over Artist. Alecia is a prominent voice in the region's film community as President Emerita of Women in Film and Video of New England. She also devoted time to Save MA Film Jobs, working behind the scenes for the grassroots organization supporting the Film Tax Incentives in the state of Massachusetts.
