Episode 13 - Michael McNab - Culture, Leadership and Growing a Team This week's guest is Michael McNab from McNab Constructions. Michael fell into a business more than made an intended move into business. After a few years he realised that if he was going to do it then he would have to get focused and do it seriously. He built the business from scratch to having over 200 employees and one of Queensland's best known construction businesses. Michael gives some great tips on his beliefs for growing a team and the expectation he has for his team to fit into the culture of the business.
