Another great reminder came my way today from a wonderful difference maker, Coach Ray Ostrowski (@CoachRayO3313) who is a former student that I got to know while working during a few of my 34 years in teaching and now he is an awesome teacher & coach himself.  He’s not only helping his students and players, but plenty of people like me.   Part of what he said as intro to this post was this: “Part of maturing is establishing the strength to persevere and recognizing that the work you do in the darkness will eventually come to the light in due time.”  You see, I view myself as still maturing… even at my age.
