Couple things fitting into today's show - first thing that caught my eye was a post from a former student.  It was about getting through some tough and challenging times and her journey through learning many lessons.  I have found myself learning things every day to apply to my own journey through life - and many of these lessons come from my former students.  I take tremendous pride in that since I shared with them that I am a life-long learner and one of my many goals for them was to become one too.  The second piece that put today's episode together was a post from Mitch Albom, connected to his recent book, "The Little Liar".  It's a quote that connected with me - "The heart has many routes to love, and compassion is one of them."  Compassion was one of the many messages I got from my former student's post along with another post from someone I follow online, where he was celebrating a milestone of sobriety.  So many great things to learn and pick up lessons from out
