In this episode, we talk with Deji Adeyeye about the unique challenges faced by emerging markets in the current climate of decreased demand for oil. How does the downturn affect the development of people and technology in those markets? And where might corruption and lack of transparency be an issue? Mr. Adeyeye, is a Vice President with Ryder Scott Company L.P. (Ryder Scott), and he is responsible for coordinating and supervising staff and consulting engineers of the company in ongoing reservoir evaluation studies worldwide. Before joining Ryder Scott, Mr. Adeyeye worked with BP, Devon Energy and Murphy Oil Corporation in both subsurface engineering and leadership roles. He is responsible for the country of Trinidad and Tobago’s yearly Natural Gas Audits on behalf of the Trinidad Ministry of Energy and Energy Industries (MEEI).  Mr. Adeyeye earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Lagos in Nigeria, a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M Un
