Had an awesome conversation to start my day off in a wonderful direction with the one and only, Travis Joseph.  Travis is a graduate from Lake Shore High School - class of 2012 who now lives down in Florida and is in the finance area of high-end boats and air craft.  He takes us through a leadership journey in our talk, especially leaning towards servant leadership.  I love how he brought up some key elements of being patient, not rushing, listening more, asking questions, and so many wonderful & true statements that we all can learn from.   He's had his share of rough lessons in his life that he has been open to learning those important lessons to make him better.  Such a great teacher to me with these lessons.  Our conversation could have gone on for hours.  He was sure to mention plenty of people too that he has had great connections with and who helped him in his journey so far.  He's open to people reaching out to him as he wants to make a difference with others any way he can.  Find him on
