This is a quick hitting thought to start your week off & it comes from an incredible difference maker, Jon Gordon.  I've been reading his book "The Power of a Positive Team" & I have used my red pen so much in this book that it looks like a little kid got a hold of it.  So many powerful lessons in this on - sports, business, families, all around life!!   He brought up the idea that instead of having Tough Love, that we should look at Love Tough.  He said (and I never thought of this before) that the Love should always come first & the Truth (Tough) should come after.  I had a few ideas here that I wanted to share about this - especially when it comes to us having Love Tough with ourselves, instead of the other way around.  On a personal note - thank you so much for spending your time listening to my podcast.  Download numbers have been crazy this past week & I am totally grateful for you sharing this with others and listening to it yourself.   Thanks for listening.  Please take
