Had a fantastic conversation with a very good friend this morning over coffee before a doctor's appointment.  The coffee was great, the conversation was even better with Mark, and even the doctor office visit was great too.  The shot in my spine, not a fun experience, in fact that is where the pain came from.  Our talk this morning and what I saw in the doctor's office was all around listening and being mindful of others.  I saw so many wonderful examples of that this morning & I want to remind all of you on how important it is to listen more and talk less in life along with looking to care more for others too.  We will see if there is more pain involved later today as I have an emergency dentist appointment.  Life is full of ups and downs.. the downs simply mean there is an up direction coming soon.  Thanks for listening.  Please take a few moments to subscribe & share this with someone, also leave a 5 Star rating on Apple Podcasts and ITunes or other services where you find this show.  Fin
