Continuing down the trail of some fantastic and powerful lessons from Coach Pat Summitt, shared through Coach AJ - part 2 of 4 is:  Embrace a Growth Mindset!   A growth mindset starts with the belief that your abilities and intelligence can be developed through hard work, dedication, and perseverance. "Failure" is not the end but an opportunity for learning and growth. I have been hearing this more and more lately - which simply means that I have not learned the lesson & applied it in my life.  Lesson repeated until lesson learned.  Coach Summitt reminds us to view it as a step towards success rather than a permanent setback.
