I saw this post from Coach The Coaches (@WinningCoaches) and it was all about “Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.” ~ via @CoachBru  It was a pencil that was broken in half. Then the one half was sharpened at both ends. The other half of the original pencil was sharpened at the broken end.
