I stumbled across a legend in the personal development / self improvement world.  Jim Rohn mentioned this key to life - “Go for the pain of discipline because it weighs ounces. The pain of regret weighs tons.”  I’ve known about this quote, heck, I’ve shared this quote for so many years with my students. I am connected to it better at some moments in time, and others, I am sorry to say I have forgotten about it.
