Phunjo Jhangmu Lama has become the fastest woman to scale Mount Everest, securing a record of 14 hours and 31 minutes in May 2024. Lama spoke to SBS Nepali about the challenges and rewards of her journey. - फुन्जो झाङ्मु लामा सबैभन्दा छोटो समयमा सगरमाथा आरोहण गर्ने महिला बन्न पुगेकी छिन्। गत मे महिनामा ३३ वर्षीय लामाले आधार शिविरबाट १४ घण्टा ३१ मिनेटमा सगरमाथा आरोहण गरेको नयाँ रेकर्ड बनाएकी हुन्। उनले एसबीएस नेपालीसँग गरेको कुराकानी सुन्नुहोस्।
