The fire started saturday next to the 5 freeway near gorman and burned dozens of cars at an auto repair business.      The fire has scorched more than 15-thousand-600 acres.    But, this morning the fire is 39-percent contained.    L-a county firefighters say their main challenges are the dry conditions... Low humidity... And the high winds...
