Some of today's top storiesA man is behind bars this morning after an hours-long standoff with KCSO deputies in Rosamond.This is what the scene looked like last night.    The Kern County Sheriff's Office says deputies were sent to this home for a report of a restraining order violation.    However, deputies say a man -- identified as 24-year-old Joseph Nelson -- refused to come out and barricaded himself inside a room.    You can see several emergency vehicles were on scene during this time... as deputies asked the public to stay away.      The man eventually walked out of the home hours later... and was taken into custody on several charges.This morning we know the name of the man who was shot and killed by a KCSO deputy this week. The coroner says 53-year-old Cole Jackson Hughes of Bakersfield was killed in the shooting.    Deputies say they initially responded to a report of domestic violence at a home on Beardsley Avenue on Sunday.     KCSO says Hughes was armed with a deadly weapon when deputies arrived.
