The host takes you through the seventy-five year history of violence between the state of Israel and the territory of Palestine. You may ask why should people in the United States care about this latest outbreak of violence? All tax payers in the United States must care because Israel gets over three billion dollars (US $3, 000, 000, 000) in aid annually from the United States. The latest war which was started by Hamas on Saturday, October 7, 2023 is a reminder that people who are oppressed and suppressed will turn to violence and innocent people usually pay the price. The government of the United States must be seen by the rest of the world to play a neutral role in ending this war and to advance equity and justice for both sides involved.
