@PaulDeach talks to #Chobham Resident John Gillborn & U3A #Farnborough about the extream fly-tip which occurred over night. Chobham residents told the Residents Network that incidents of fly-tipping in the village are occurring on a weekly basis and they are calling on Surrey Heath Borough & Surrey County Councils to get more proactive in catching and prosecuting those involved in fly-tipping.
