We kept it very "PC" for this one, being as we interviewed HR. All jokes aside, we had an excellent time speaking with the three main people behind Bane-Welker's Department of Human Resources: Jay Snodgrass, Tyler Wilson, and Brooklyn Hottell. We discussed the purpose of HR, recruiting, growing and molding company culture, and a number of other topics.
