Brian is an athletic trainer at Georgia Southern who has covered quite a few different sports and experiences in his career. Within his different roles Brian has felt the importance of leadership and how it doesn’t necessarily correlate to your position within a staff or organization. In this episode we discuss leadership and what it means to lead where you are. We also get into discussing what leadership looks like in a volunteer role. Brian has some ideas on what people can do to get engaged in these types of positions. Lastly, Brian talks about how he continues to work on growth as a leader and how he stays motivated to constantly evolve. Enjoy.
