I know you are excited to share all the ideas and plans but I challenge you to keep it to yourself. You will either find people who are offended, who don't believe you can do it or those who pour their fears into you which causes you fears. In addition to that, what if you don't follow through and are delayed. Less talk and more education! Less talk and more execution. If you do want to share it, find a group of like minded people who can hold you accountable or journal your endeavors.
