Listen as mental health strategist, advocate, and speaker, Mark Henick, challenges the concept of normalcy through the art of storytelling. His TEDx talk, Why We Choose Suicide, shares his story of a man who saved his life from a teenage suicide attempt. After years of public speaking and telling his story, Mark sits down with other fascinating people to unravel their story with pain, mental health, and resilience.
