Pagans and clubs like them are the biggest issues in the  club scene. I'm out of Arizona and the Hells Angels are no different  then the Pagans. The Hells Angels are worthless in my opinion. Within the past 3 months myself and 4 guys I call brother now have started a 1 piece patch Riding Club. There are a few things I'd like to get your perspective on with our club. Two of our founding members are ex Iron Order members. Myself and the other 2 founders are ex members of respected 99% MCs in our area. Myself and one of the ex IO members met with our local Dominant 1% club to show respect and seek our blessing. Now the ex IO member I brought with is 68 years old and has been riding since 1975. The meeting went well and the Dominant seemed to show us respect as we showed them. One thing that was brought up was the fact that we had 2 ex IO members that was going to stick with us no matter what. So my question is even with a blessing do you feel this is going to limit the trust and communication we receive from local clubs?

Ep. 421 Reasons You Should not to join a 1%er Motorcycle Club   Hollywood Appreciate what you do and listen to the show all the time. I do have concerns on how you present some of the information.  You have a tendency to be biased in your defense of 1%ers   I'm an independent- Been riding since 1978 and have seen a lot. I've seen over the years the denigration of both the independent and motorcycle club lifestyle.  I'm not real good at all this internet stuff, but I notice most of the people on the internet always talking about joining a 1% club.  I ask myself why, why would they want to join a club where you have to give up your freedom?  1% clubs bring too much heat on themselves and family- Who in their right mind would want to go through that? 1% clubs are a bad representation on what the public thinks about most of us. We were well established in the community for many years until a 1% club moved in. This 1% club tried to exert authority over us, telling us that we needed to follow their protocols. They said if we didn't, then we needed to shut down and close up our club. This was horse poop, the nerve of these people who were not even a part of the community trying to dictate to a club that was established for years is laughable.
