Got a bit of a doozy this week, Sony scrubs all mention of the KotoR Remake from their socails, and acts like its perfectly normal, several Ubisoft execs were arrested by French Police, and the French Govt. raids Nvidia, its a bad day to be in the French gaming industry. As the writers get back to work, SAG meets with the studios to try and negotiate their deal, as streamers seek to increase their rates yet again. Also we have a review of the Ahsoka season finale, as well as Gareth Edward's The Creator. We wrap up the show with our last list of 80s movies, this week, Drama.

You read that title correctly, the second longest WGA strike is officially over! But as that ends, the SAG strike continues, and a SAG strike against the video game publishers looms. Meanwhile, final wrap ups from Tokyo Game Show, The Xbox Activision Deal is finally free to close, Jim Ryan is retiring from PlayStation, and Meta drops details about the Meta Quest 3. In Hollywood, Netflix debuts trailers for a lot of new animation, Amazon is bringing ad's to Prime Video, and Dan Harmon opens up about his working "relationship" with Justin Roiland. To cap off the show we have my favorite 10 80s Family Movies.

And just like that, Thrawn is alive, and in person in Ahsoka. Would I have believed you if you told me five years ago Thrawn would appear in person, probably not, yet here we are. Also Microsoft really needs to find staff members that can upload a redacted document, that stays redacted. Because those leaks are no joke, especially when "private" emails are made public. Another summer ends, that means its new game season, and to start it off we have my early thoughts on Starfield, which is definitely going to be one of my favorite games. We also have a potential third strike coming as SAG-AFTRA looks to strike against the video game publishers. Doug Bowser opens up about Nintendo's future, and Skull & Bones hits another hurdle. So more news out of Gamescom, including Baldur's Gate finally on Xbox, what Sonic's future holds, and how long it takes to follow the fellowship through Moria. Mortal Kombat isnt just rebooting its story, Sony jacks up its prices, and Imagine Dragons make a song for Starfield. Meanwhile, in Hollywood, WarnerBros delays movies, Disney releases streaming data, and the Late Night hosts launch a podcast. Also my favorite 80s SciFi movies.

If the title wasn't a giveaway, we have learned that Charles Martinet will not longer be the voice of Mario in future Mario games, tis a sad day in gaming. Yet at the same time Gamescom is currently going on in Germany, and we got a wealth of gaming news to talk about. Activision pulled the lid off of the Modern Warfare III, Atari is trying to make another comeback, and oh yeah, Microsoft is selling Activision streaming rights to Ubisoft. Meanwhile in Hollywoodland, the WGA continue their strike and call out the big three, Disney announces a slew of physical releases for digital only shows, and Ahsoka is the best live action Star Wars show, full stop. Plus I give my honest opinion about my top 10 favorite 80s movies.

Well Friends we are back for another week! And this time we have some Pokémon News, CoD news, and the identity of the Embracer Groups mystery almost investor, also Keith David joins another premier Bungie franchise. On the Hollywood side of things, the WGA and AMPTP seem to have gone back to the negotiating table, Wonder Woman 3 seems to be maybe happening, maybe not, Barbie continues to break records, and Hollywood accounting strikes again with Mission Impossible and Indiana Jones.

We had some big gaming news over the last week between EVO 2023 and Pokémon Presents, thus giving us something to feast on before Gamescon. Meanwhile there has been a lot of movement out of Hollywood, not necessarily on the strike front, but news nonetheless. Barbie made a billion in under 20 days, Disney+ is following in Netflix's footsteps, and while Max is pulling a pandemic Netflix. Lin Manuel Miranda wants to adapt a classic for the stage, and Pixar isn't worried about the future. We cap off the show with the best movies from the 1970s.

Pour one out for the realest, PeeWee Herman, we lost a real one this week. PlayStation 5 continues to match its predecessors, and outsells its competition, and Microsoft decides to start selling you parts to fix your controllers. The WGA and SAG-AFTRA Strikes we are not talking about new movies so we have a list of my favorite movies from the 1960s, also news from the picket lines, Sony comes out with the first major delays, and Donald Glover ist aking over writing duties for Lando. Let's take a listen.

What happens when all the major studios pull out of comic con? nothing really, it keeps going because comic con is more then movies and television. We also learned about some major Ubisoft shakeups, kart racers are making a comeback, and Sony's Project Q leaks. Plus Barbenheimer makes for the 4th biggest box office weekend, MOVIES are in fact back! Also due to the ongoing SAG-AFTRA and WGA Strikes, i have dedicated some time talking about old movies, this week we have my favorite movies made in the 1950's.

In solidarity with the WGA & SAG-AFTRA Strike this will be our last week reporting on new and newly released TV and Movie content, so we will go out with a bang a review of Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning Part I. Also the Xbox-Activision acquisition is one step closer to completion, finally. This week was a doozy, how about that FTC v. Xbox case, that is a bonafied shit show. Sony and Microsoft say some wild things in their emails, thats for sure. Tears of the Kingdom sold more copies than expected, Among us heads to TV and Todd Howard talks starfield. Giancarlo wants to still play Moff Gideon, Tomb Raider is still coming from PWB, and Paramount+ cancels a Star Trek show. Sony pulls a Spider universe film, James Mangold talks about his movies, The Flash faces troubles, and we find out who the next Superman will be.

This week we have a review of DC's The Flash, and after a long wait, it did not disappoint. Nintendo held a long and fruitful direct. Netflix held their annual Tudum event, and the FTC is smoking the same stuff as the UK's CMA. We also got news on two PlayStation movie ventures, Star Trek Strange New Worlds returns to screens, and Sony dropped a bloody and brutal Kraven the Hunter Trailer.

E3 might be cancelled, but what happened over the last few days sure feels like E3. We had an Xbox Games Showcase, Ubisoft Forward, Summer Games Fest, Capcom Showcase, and and whole lot more. And boy, how about that Starfield Direct, that is the first time I've been excited for a Bethesda game. Also the Writers strike claims new victims, unsurprisingly, Netflix gets new subscribers, and stick around for a spoiler filled review of Transformers: Rise of the Beasts.

This week we have a review of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-verse, which you wont want to miss. We also have all the news out of both Meta and Apples new conferences, where a lot of new head based hardware was announced. We learned some major shakeups are coming at GameStop, and the WGA strike continues. No movement on the ABK Xbox merger, and The Rock is getting another standalone movie in the Fast Saga.

How about that succession ending, it stuck the landing and that's all that matters, meanwhile the Arrowverse left us, no whimper no bang, just and end. Nintendo continues its fight against itself and its fans, and Konami is just in it for the snakes. Spider-Man's future gets an uplifting update, and The little Mermaid fails to make a splash outside of the US. That and more, come take a listen.

PlayStation had theird first state of play in a while, and boy was it a banger. Metal Gear Solid 3 Remake, Spider-Man 2, and a lot of other sequels surprisingly. Netflix is finally bringing the heat on those of you that share passwords, The CW is ending at least the way we know it, streaming services are entering a new era. Also Indiana Jones wows critics in the wrong way, Deadpool 3 starts production amid the WGA strike, and Fast X is a hell of a ride.
