And I went to Disneyland over the weekend, lets have a chat about the new rides.

Well it seems the the wish of gamers everywhere is finally coming true, Red Dead Redemption is officially releasing on PC. And in other shocking news, Halo is switching to unreal engine, and 343i is becoming Halo Studios. Plus Nintendo stuns everyone by announcing, an alarm clock? Sony really does not have a gamer first mentality and if you think they do, stop drinking the Kool-Aid. Xbox shows up to play at TGS, Ubisoft faces its second strike in a year, Blizzard is making some interesting moves, and California wants gamers to be informed. Plus, Lionsgate faces another flop, but their is light on the horizon, DC seems to be seeing what sticks, and Hollywood loses some greats in the span of a week. Borderlands ends its sad run, Donald Glover wants to bring fun back to star wars, and Gary Oldman is open to going back to the Wizard World. That plus more.

Meanwhile, Lucasfilm is facing a lawsuit 8 years after the release of Rogue One, Shogun breaks Emmy records, Spider-Man 4 finds a director.

In a world where IP is a plenty, we seem to be getting more of the same? Or is it the opposite? Depends on who you ask...Anyway, we've got more time with Star Wars Outlaws, and despite what the internet says, its not bad. Capcom is facing a crisis, buts its not a dino crisis... Plus Nintendo decided to have a direct and not talk about the Switch's successor. Sony bombs out with their latest games as a service, and Lionsgate debuts their 2nd flop of the summer. Meanwhile Ted Lasso is gearing up for a new season on the pitch, and Tarantino takes a phaser to his chances of directing a Star Trek.

Well folks its finally happening, a Mafia game set in Sicily at the turn of the 20th Century! I am very excited! But that wasn't the only news out of Gamescom this week, another Bethesda title is going multiplatform, old franchises are returning, and new adaptations are unexpectedly coming! Also, don't go after actors for roles they play, they aren't really those characters! Meanwhile, Deadpool & Wolverine continues to break records, Indiana Jones's hat sells for over $600k, and The Acolyte is sent packing. We can finally have peace, as the Halo show has been put out of its misery. Meanwhile Pixar takes over the world inside our heads, Glen Powell seems poised to take over the actual world, and Twisters takes you on a thrilling ride.

That's right were no longer a Max Original, were an HBO original. But what could be more fun that that? Well how about the imminent release of EA Sports College Football 25?
