- Trouble sleeping? Scripture teaches us that God wants us to be able to sleep. Sleep can actually be a spiritual discipline. Listen as Pastor Tom shares ways to combine faith with sleep. Bow down on your knees- maybe even put your face to the ground and surrender it all to God .

Got grumblers? Is it possible to not let them ruin your day? YES IT IS! Un-forgiveness kills. Wouldn't it be wonderful if there was a moment in which you could just let go of the painful past? God wants to do that for you.
