Sara has some interesting facts for Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, and Nicole discusses this past Tuesday's National Fentanyl Awareness Day.

Did you ever wonder if there was a proper way to breathe? It's something you probably don't think about, but Nicole has tips on how we all should be breathing based on one of her favorite podcasters. Sara loves eggs and wants to share information from a Harvard study on the bad rap eggs get, plus some great recipes and a book you can take out from the library. Listen with headphones to get the full "us breathing in your ear" effect. Or maybe not.
