The team are joined by the fantastic Graham Odds, Head of UX Design at Scott Logic and font of knowledge in all things relating to chatbots and AI. And that's the focus of this months episode, AI, or occasionally IA as the team struggle with 2 letters throughout the podcast.They cover the potential benefits of using AI and chatbots to help the NHS and the steps that are being taken already to ensure there is a code of ethics. It’s Christmas! It’s live! Nobody died, nothing exploded and some people even laughed...we think.For the first ever Tech for Good live podcast recording the gang discussed the extremely festive topic of the Data Retention and Investigatory Powers Act 2014 (DRIPA), also known as the snoopers charter. You can expect that one to get heated and it’s not even the rant of the month.To keep things a little lighter they also talk about some video campaigns from Christmas and the rest of the year. It’s impossible to get away from the beast that is the US election and Tech for Good Live is no exception, with Trump as the hot topic of the month.
