04/02/2017 Duración: 52minStarting as a truck driver in your first year is extremely stressful. It's not just a regular job, it is a completely different lifestyle. We'll talk about ways to reduce stress and deal with stress. A preview is don't take on too much too fast. Make a plan, add time in for delays. Add some extra time on your 10 hr break, a realistic time period is 12 to 14 hours. When you take your break make sure to eat shower and do something relaxing. Also prepare for what you are going to do the next day(reduces stress) Other tips for dealing with stress are meditation, yoga, deep breathing, and exercise. Remember if you mess up its ok to start over.
