Dimitry Boss Inventor of the Ab Blaster, The Ab Blaster is a small device designed to help the user target specific abdominal muscles while doing crunches, maximizing every workout. The equipment was designed to utilize a door or furniture for stabilization, allowing users to workout anywhere in the house, according to Boss. Users just slide the metal bracket under any door or furniture so that the blaster holds in place. The Ab Blaster rotates at 15 degree angles, allowing for focused crunches to better work the targeted area.
