Mike, Kevin and Earl talk about the TV ad Budweiser ran during some game that was played recently and how it is allegedly pro-immigration. The guys talk about some photos that have been leaked about a possible new Generation 5 pistol from GLOCK. A man in Paris was dumb enough to attack French soldiers on patrol near the Louvre Museum with a knife... I don't think he got the result he was expecting. Lt. Bill calls in talking about a road rage incident brought to a close when one of the involved parties parked his pickup truck on top of the other parties car.... Hey, what ever works right??

Mike, Kevin and Earl talk about the update about a Second Amendment Foundation's victory in Montana's requirement of issuing CCW Permits only to US Citizens only. The guys also talk about the win in the case in Chicago where the city was trying to limit locations of gun ranges using various zoning, distancing , and age restrictions. All methods that couldn't stand up to scrutiny in court. Craig Deluz from the Firearms Policy Coalition called in talking about the "West Coast Wall" that Bloomberg and his money is trying to build. Lt. Bill calls in talking about a Denver base Secret Service agent and her public announcement that she would rather go to jail than take a bullet for President Trump, can you say career suicide?.... Mike, Kevin, and Earl made the trip out to Las Vegas to check out all the new guns and gear at SHOT Show. As well as talked to a few of our regular guests with some new and follow up stories. Alan Gottlieb stopped by talking about the a case in Seattle about a gun and ammunition tax going on out there. Chad from Kel-Tec stopped by, well we tackled him and held him still long enough to get some info about the new KSG-25 out of him. ;) Mike Hughes from Next Level Training came by taking about the new model of training pistol coming out from them later this year. Col. Allen West called in and as usual Mike hogged all the microphone time with him. Mark Serbu from Serbu Firearms stopped by talking about the new products his company is coming out with this year. This Christmas Eve show Mike, Kevin, Earl and Lt. Bill were in studio to replay their favorites from our past shows. Unfortunately for our listeners Kevin had a client call and he needed to head over before the show even started. Mike regaled us with his "Mike Family Christmas Story" about the Christmas goat. Mike also picked one of his interviews with Lt. Col. Allen West as his favorite... big surprise there. Lt. Bill did his best during the breaks passing out tickets to the policeman's holiday fund to the local motorists. From all of the guys here at Arms Room Radio we hope all of our listeners had a Merry Christmas and we are looking forward to a Happy New Year.

Mike, Kevin, and Earl talk about how a Federal Jury is doing it right... They are holding an individual criminal accountable for their actions using a firearms to commit a crime, and NOT hold every other gun owner accountable simply because they are a gun owner. The NFL continues to ignore those of us offended with all of these player protests during the playing of the National Anthem. Judging by the ratings they won't be able to afford to continue much longer. The guys also talk about how TX gun laws stack up compared to the rest of the nation. Lt. Bill calls in talking about a police department in Indiana that all resigned at the same time do to unsafe practices ( like sharing body armor ) and as a show of solidarity to a fellow officer that was moved to part time after coming back to work after cancer treatment. Effectively cutting off his insurance coverage.

Kevin talks about a new bill being introduced in MO that would hold liable any business that created a "gun free zone" for any injuries after a potential shooting. Black Friday 2016, enough guns were sold to outfit the United States Marine Corp. Lt. Bill calls in talking about the Ohio State KNIFE attack, not the active shooter that the mass media was claiming. He also talks about what is going through the responding officers mind as he is responding to the threat. And all the usual hi-jinx and distractions that we're known for.

Kevin is feeling much better and is back in studio. Lt. Col. Allen West calls the show and Mike turns off Kevin's and Earl's microphones so he could have all the mic time with the Col.. One of the topics they talked about is the DoD is working on plans to allow personnel to concealed carry personally owned firearms on base. And just when you thought it was over, Obama's DOJ fines the Denver Sheriff's Department for requiring applicants to be US citizens. The guys also talk about Castro, if he wasn't a registered democrat, he certainly is now.

This episode Kevin is out sick, but Lt. Bill was in town and able to sit in studio with us and fill in for Kevin. Craig gives us some insight on all of the different fights still going on on the west coast and how we still need to keep up the fight to keep it from spreading. News out of St. Louis, a city council woman is pushing legislation trying to ban assault weapons... ( here we go again ) NJ is trying to make ammunition purchases harder by requiring multiple forms of ID and wanting to be able to track purchases. Mike and the guys talk about how PRO Law Enforcement President-elect Trump is. The guys also talk about the possible issues with Sanctuary cities that are starting to come to light. Mike gives a little insight to how the military "gives out bonuses" talking about the case out of California of members of the CA national guard having to payback bonuses given to them over a decade ago. Lt. Bill calls in talking about an officer out of FL that wrote himself a red-light camera citation once he reviewed himself on camera at lunch time.

Once you break it down, it's not as bad as she makes it out to be, although tragic but not the hype she makes it out to be. The guys also talk about how agencies can legally sell off firearms they have in their possession for various reasons. That could be a viable revenue source for the department for new equipment, etc.. But sadly most don't capitalize on this. The guys talk about that according to the FBI's 2015 Uniform Crime Report ( UCR ) twice as many people were beaten to death with hands and feet in 2015 than were killed with rifles and shotguns COMBINED. Ken Blanchard from BlackManWithAGun.com Eric Friday from FL Carry calls in to talk about the awards FL Carry received at the GRPC and he also talks about some of the cases they are involved in right now. One of them inadvertently because of us. Oopppsss...... Lt. Bill calls in talking about the wal-mart bakery in GA where the bakery workers refused to bake a cake for a Police Officers retirement party claiming it was racist. The customer even offered several different designs, but the workers still refused to perform their jobs. Since when did retiring from a career in law enforcement become racist??

Mike and Earl listen to Kevin's recount of a family law case he is working on, all the names are changed to protect the innocent. Mike decided that since the Las Vegas hotel The Riviera is no longer in business he could regale us with his story of checking in with a reservation. "Just because you have a reservation, doesn't mean you have a reservation". Lt. Bill calls in talking about the rioting in Tulsa and Charlotte and how the officer in Tulsa is being charged with first degree manslaughter just three days after the incident. Due process was kicked into overdrive on this one apparently... Mike and Lt. Bill talk about how criminals are using the tactic of putting their hands over their head while not complying with lawful orders from law enforcement to establish a false narrative on video. That muddies the waters of establishing the facts of the incident and to help convict the officers in the eyes of the public.
