Nicole Severson - one of my amazing speakers in Signature Talk Studio started working with me through my free BeVisible Challenge, and she faced head-on her challenges with Perfection. She came to all the free trainings, asked all the big questions, and took all the risks... and though she's not "done" with perfection (let's be real, we're never really done!) -- she found some strategies and approaches that help. And she's DOING IT. I wanted you to hear from her, too. She's awesome.

Today's podcast is all about the mindsets we need in order to really show up. You have the content inside. You have the expertise. You've got an idea. You've got something to say. You're representing your business and your idea. And sometimes it's a mindset thing that is keeping us from stepping out front and being seen. 

Today, I am sharing three simple (yet effective!) strategies to battle imposter syndrome with the body. We are talking about how to breathe, ground, and show up for our audience.

How do we make the most of our story? Today, I want to deconstruct that a little bit and learn how to really leverage your story so that it helps grow your business.

Today, I'm going to talk about the Four Horsemen of Visibility - there are the things that keep us from stepping out front. And it's really important that we can start to identify the ways in which these show up in our lives, so that we can begin to move past them and and show up!

The four horsemen of visibility drives a lot of our fear about stepping out front and showing up anyway. We’re talking about fear and perfectionism and the three best practices you can do to help you on this journey. These are simple practices that you can start implementing today! 

I'm sharing three different questions that are helpful as you are starting to find your stories. Set aside 15 minutes and journal with these three question prompts to bring up some themes and ideas for your story!

Now that we've found our stories and we've organized our stories, what happens when we stand on our feet and share them? Today, I'm chatting about three things that I don't see enough people doing when I see them sharing their stories. And yes, these are three things that even the pros sometimes need some reminding about in their storytelling.

To fully leverage the power of stories, they need to be organized.  When we are in the creative process and we are organized and we need a story, we have them. You can easily find the best story for this moment. I'm going to talk to you about what I do and what I encourage my speakers to do, so that you can use your stories to their fullest potential! 

Let's review some of the key things that we have done together during the #BeVisible challenge in January to remind ourselves of these important, essential AHAs, so that as we're moving forward, we are bringing all of this with us.

There are a lot of people who have the dream of building a business, a message, an idea, a movement that gains traction and that people recognize and appreciate. And the people who really do it are those who show up bravely, even when they're not feeling it. They show up anyway. They say "yes" to the moment that they are given. Sometimes they lower the bar.
