After winning the 2017 Long Island Regional Automotive Technology Competition, a couple of the BOCES students and their teacher came in to the studio to share their experience with Ray & Joe. These High School students are right on par with becoming the cutting edge technologists the auto industry needs, and "Car Fix" TV personality Lou Santiago called in to share in their glory and encourage them to continue their hard work.

Ray & Joe offer first hand experience on how to best deal with customer service agents, report on a disastrous engine recall from VW, then take a call from a listener who rants over a Fed Ex delivery.
