Over the past weeks we have been bombarded with hate and we don't understand why God let's this happen. Why doesn't God just shut the earth down? Because he wants to demonstrate his grace to all of us. His patience is to allow you and me to accept his love. He is waiting for you. Times have changed. I was thinking about my childhood at Thanksgiving. As a child, instead of going trick or treating, we went and collected food for the poor to feed them at Thanksgiving. We didn't know about hate back then. We were involved in our communities and loved. Today, we have changed where political hate has destroyed communities. We have forgotten to love within our communities. We let the media pursh our lives to their agenda. We have forgotten to be independent in our thinking and more involved in our communities. We can do better.

It is time to shut down the media and their hate for America. It has gone too far where it is creating dangerous situations in our nation. Attacks on our constitution, our liberties and our democracy has got to stop. Let's limit our media time and refocus on our communities. There is so much to do. Have you seen the house that is still standing in Mexico Beach, Florida. All the houses around him were flattened to the ground because of Huricane Michael. The owners decided to spend another 20% more to make their house stonger when they built it. Same should apply when doing business. It is said that if you place an item on FaceBook, a person will only spend 6 seconds and then they are off to another video or picture. Think about it, if you are at the Dentists and your looking at FaceBook in 6 seconds you have swiped to a new picture or video. So it is very hard to get a potential client engaged if you only have 6 seconds. So before we start spending advertising money on social media we have to look at engagement of the potential client. Do some research before you spend advertising dollars. Make sure you are engaged.

If you are a procrastinater, here are the words from two sources that describe you. Delay, Procrastinate, Lag, Loiter, Dawdle, Dally, Slaggard, lazy, sluggish person ayabout, do-nothing, idler, loafer, lounger, good-for-nothing, shirker, and underachiever. Now these words come from Websters Dictionary and the Bible. These are words that describe a procrastinater. And here is the sad thing, we choose to procrastinate. Social media and Elizabeth Warren is out of control. Enough of all this nonsense, we need better leaders in our nation that stop the hate. I have spoken out many times against hate in politics. YouTube said I went against their policies and deleted one of my podcasts that was speaking to the issue of hate, not for it. I really don't understand the decission process of social media. Hate is going to do damage to this nation, someone is going to get hurt. Now, Elizabeth Warren wants to fight the President on her nonsense Indian heritage. Even the real American Indians are mad at her. We we have more nonsense streaming into our lives that is really worthless. All because of hate. So my rant to day is on hate and political nonsense.

Everyday it seems it gets harder and harder to get up and face the day. But all of us have to do it. The list of things to do gets longer and longer. So, we have to find a better way to do things. Prioritize your work, delegate your work to other people, and find the Italian time of "The Sweetness Of Doing nothing". A lot of small businesses do not monitor their accounts receivable line on their balance sheet. If you don't have an accounting system and your monitoring it by hand - dumb. Get a good accounting package that can monitor everything that you bill out. You need to know what clients are sitting out the 0-90-120 days out. If you have money sitting out there you are acting like a bank to your clients. That is not what your business is about. Keep on track in monitoring what is owed and collect.

A study has come out by George Mason University ranking all the states fiscal condition. California ranked 42 of all states with the worse fiscal condition. That means the politicans in Sacramento has managed the finances of the state so bad that it has a poor ranking among states. California has a problem. Don't believe the political statement that California has the 5th largest economy in the world. It means nothing, the state politicians have damaged the financial condition of California.
