Tom is back in the house! The 2012 London Paralympic Games kicked off in exciting and controversial style. Whitehead and Weir take Gold. The 2012 Magic Mile has also started and Team USA are in the lead! We get all mile excited and talk to Britain's top miler and 3:49 runner Andy Baddeley. Would you fib about your marathon PB? Tony runs 2 marathons on in one day and the launchpad is loaded.

Martin is back but for the first time ever Tom is away sipping 'du vin en France'. Martin is joined by Dave Robertson aka 'Robbo' from 'The Naked Runners' for the whole show including some Magic Mile 'trash talk'. There is news from the global world of running including Paula's foot and Mo's twins. The London 2012 Olympic Games are in town! We preview the women's Olympic Marathon this Sunday! Paula Radcliffe injury woes as world record holder withdraws from the marathon. Freya Murray steps in. We announce a new track and field podcast - The Athletics Show. The Magic Mile gets closer.  There is news from the US Olympic trials and the European champs in Helsinki. Frank Shorter, 1972 Olympic Marathon Champ and a legend of marathon running is this weeks interview. The man quoted as leading the running boom in the USA in the 70's. We review super long runs with Comrades Ultra Marathon this past weekend and super fast runs from M0 - Jo. Mo leads the world over 5k and Jo does the double A in a week. Oh and Anthony Whiteman inpires Tom by running a sub 4min mile aged 40! You rate your run and rave. Tony goes to the fair and in Training Talk Martin helps Tom prepare for his first track 1500m.

We speak to Jason Hartmann who placed 4th at the 2012 Boston Marathon. We bring news from Edinburgh Marathon and catch up with 3rd place lady Hayley Haining. Haile runs his final track 10000m. Mo and Mara take top spots in the Bupa London 10000. Bolder Boulder has 50,000 people run around the street and there is an almighty Kenyan smackdown set for this weekend in Oregon.
