The mantra Raghu Pati Raghava Raja Ram is sometimes called Ram Dhun and it is a very popular bhajan (Hindu devotional song) in India as well it was one of the favourite bhajans of Mahatma Gandhi and was sung by Gandhi and his followers as they walked during the 241 mile Salt March to Dandi. This Kirtan is a collection of mantras focused on spiritual awakening, healing and activation of all internal forces. The Jaya Ganesha Kirtan was taken by Swami Sivananda and his students made it very popular.
