Faculty will explore the rigorous process used in the development of these evidence-based guidelines, as well as discuss new developments and future research needs for this topic. Dr. Kibel is Chief of Urologic Surgery at both the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, Massachusetts. In addition, he is Elliot Carr Cutler Professor of Surgery at Harvard University School of Medicine, Chairman of the Harvard Program in Urology Residency Program (Longwood) and Co-Leader of the Prostate Cancer Program for Dana Farber/Harvard Cancer Center. Dr Kibel received his undergraduate and medical degrees from Cornell University, completed his urology residency at the Harvard Urology Program, and his fellowship at the Brady Urologic Institute at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, Maryland.
